Once we have a signed hold harmless, authorization and the recovery order we will begin efforts to locate your vehicle or collateral, whichever the case may be. We will keep in contact with your company on the progress made while we are working on your recovery. We will run lien-holder provided information two times before we start knocking on doors. Information we would like to have are:  tag numbers, vin number, vehicle color along with a copy of the defaulting persons drivers license if possible.
